Become Nomad LLC, a Florida limited liability company, operates Nomad LLC and becomenomadllc.com. This policy describes information handled through the website and formation order desk.

Information we collect

If you submit a formation request, we collect your contact and email details, proposed company names, formation state, organizer and responsible-party names, business and ownership information, package selections, and the information needed to prepare your requested filings. The system also creates an order ID and a private access code. We store a one-way hash of the access code so you can look up limited order status. Staff may upload completed forms and other order documents to the private order record.

This intake does not request or store an SSN or ITIN. Do not enter tax identifiers in the website form. Any separate tax-ID intake would be provided only through a separately designed secure process.

How we use information

We use order information to review and process your request, contact you about it, prepare authorized company filings, coordinate payment, deliver documents by email, maintain business records, and address security or legal needs. The status lookup displays only general order status, package, estimated total, payment status, and any payment link associated with the order.

Service providers and sharing

The website uses Google Firebase and Google Cloud services for hosting, application checks, server functions, database records, and private file storage. Stripe processes payments through its own payment pages; Nomad does not receive or store your card number through this website. Documents are sent from a company email account after staff downloads and attaches them to an email. The email provider may process the message and attachments.

We may provide information to the relevant state agency or the IRS when needed to carry out a filing you requested, to service providers supporting the work, or when required to protect rights or comply with law. Information submitted to a state may become part of a public record under that state's rules.

Storage, access, and retention

Order records and uploaded files are stored in Firebase and restricted to verified staff accounts that Become Nomad LLC has enabled. They are not available as public file links. The order access code is shown to you after submission; keep it private. Anyone who has both your order ID and access code may view the limited status information described above.

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it when no longer needed. Data may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. The app does not currently apply an automatic deletion timer; retention and removal are managed by authorized staff. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Cookies and security checks

The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Firebase App Check uses reCAPTCHA Enterprise to help protect public forms from automated abuse. Google may process technical and browser information for that security check under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not use advertising cookies or website analytics in this app.
